HANLONS BREWERY
The building of Hanlons was, and still is, a labour of love.
Set on a rural 100-acre plot just outside Exeter, since 2013 Dan and Sam Taylor have WON plenty of awards for their bEER… AND also helped ‘REFRESH’ MANY A DAW EMPLOYEE ALONG THE WAY!
Sustainability underpins every aspect of THE business - Barley is sourced from within five miles, all the water useD COMES from an on-site borehole AND spent brewers’ grains HELP TO FEED LOCAL CATTLE.
Every pint is made with just four natural ingredients. Alongside Yellow HaMmer, THE TRADITIONAL core range includes Citra IPA, Stormstay Premium Ale, Firefly Bitter and Ruby Port – all ‘Taste of the West’ gold award winners.
WE’VE WORKED WITH HANLONS FOR OVER A DECADE and are BACK ON-SITE this spring AS THEY EXPAND the INFRASTRUCTURe THAT SUPPORTS THEir on-site Bar and BBQ RESTAURANT…. Tasty!
“A light and refreshing Golden Ale that's so flavour packed it's bursting. This iconic Hanlons' beer perfectly encapsulates a glorious day in Devon.”
MOLE VALLEY FARMERS
“we’re proud that Yellow Hammer has become something of an icon here in Devon. a big factor in the beer’s quality AND TASTE is how QUICKLY we’re able to chill each cask DOWN after racking. our BESPOKE cold room suits the brewery perfectly.”
